Appointments can be reserved directly through our online booking page. Simply select your desired service (Facial, Japanese Head Spa, Sauna, or Skincare Assessment), pick a convenient date and time slot, and provide your contact information. You will receive an immediate confirmation with private suite details.
Your first visit begins with a relaxed consultation where Veronica evaluates your skin barrier, discusses your daily habits, and addresses any sensitivities. Treatments are unhurried, gentle, and accompanied by organic warm linens, ambient sound, and customized botanical protocols.
We recommend avoiding prescription retinoids, AHAs/BHAs, and facial waxing 48 hours prior to your visit. Arriving bare-faced is welcomed but not required, as every facial begins with a thorough double cleanse.
If your skin feels tight, red, or compromised, we recommend the Restorative Barrier Facial. For deep mental reset and scalp tension, the Japanese Head Spa is exceptional. If you are unsure, you may book our Holistic Skin Assessment or reach out for personalized guidance.
